The legendary filmmaker and artist Sergei Paradjanov created genius collages, the greatest of which is the series with Leonardo Da Vinci’s masterpiece Mona Lisa (Gioconda), depicted in Mikhail Vartanov‘s famed documentary Parajanov: The Last Spring in a chapter entitled Gioconda Metamorphoses.
